Getting Started

Upon logging into the website, you'll be able to see the User Dashboard, which displays an overview of what's happening across Canada.

To get started, you can click on any of the four main data types to access the corresponding database, giving you instant access to the latest legislation.

Navigating the Site

Once you're at the dashboard, the quickest way to jump to the feature you need is by using menu on the left hand side.

Below is a quick rundown of the options.

  • Legislation: access the database, see the latest items that have been published, and conduct research on bills & regulations, statutes, proclamations, and coming-into-force dates.

  • Alerts: access the items you've manually placed trackers on.

  • Create Feeds: in contrast to alerts, feed continually run each day, detecting new items which fit the parameters you set. feeds differ from alerts. set up either a feed, a keyword feed, or a statute feed. For more information on feeds, please see our Setting Up Feeds & Alerts

  • View Feeds: Here you'll be able to view, edit, and delete the feeds you've set up. Additionally, if you are the admin of your organization, you'll be able to see all the feeds your organization has set up, and re-assign feeds as needed.
