The Admin Dashboard

As of April 2024, Codify has launched the Admin Dashboard, available to certain users ("admins") within an organization. This is an exciting new feature, which we hope to continue to build upon and improve.

This feature allows admins to see, in addition to any feeds they have, all the feeds set up by users from their organization.

In addition to being able to see the feeds throughout their organization, admins can also re-assign feeds, moving them from one user's account to another. To do this, simply click the three dots under "Edit", and you'll be presented with the option to "Set Up a New Recipient".

As an admin, you can re-assign the feed to anyone within your organization, provided they have an active Codify account.

Use Cases

There are three primary use cases for the admin dashboard.

  1. To provide insight into the feeds set up by users throughout an organization, allowing for the team to more easily identify duplicated efforts being spent, or potential gaps in legislation monitoring.

  2. To allow teams to transfer feeds from one member to another (for instance, one team member is going on leave, and another needs to cover their topics. Instead of having to set up all those feeds again, the admin can simply re-assign the feeds to the second team member).

  3. To allow individuals to set up others with Codify feeds, without having to train and onboard them onto the Codify platform.
