Tracking Keywords

If you're interested in keeping up with a specific keyword, you can access the keyword feed creator by accessing the "Create Feeds" heading through the Dashboard, then clicking Bills & Regs.

This will take you to the Bills & Regs Feed creator. From here, simply fill out a form, and you'll have a functioning keyword feed seconds

Not sure what keywords to use? You can test out the effectiveness of different keywords by running a search through the Bills & Regulations page.

Please note that only on keyword can be used per feed. To track multiple keywords, can you set up multiple feeds. Codify accounts have no limits on the number of feeds that can be set up.

Prior to creating your feed, the creator will ask you to confirm the details. At any time during the process, you can click on the "Preivous Step" button to go back and make changes.

Once your feed is created, you can make changes to it down the line using our Feed Editor. So if you made a mistake, no worries!

Email Reports

Once your feed is set up, you'll receive email reports at your preferred frequency, capturing all the items that fit your parameter.

Some key information will be displayed about each item, such as the date detected, the stage it's at, and sometimes a short summary. Additionally, a link will be provided to access the full details of the item the Codify.

Sharing emails: Codify's email reports are formatted to be easily shareable and editable. Once you get the report, you can add additional commentary, or delete uninteresting items with ease, before forwarding it on.

Viewing your Feed in App

Once you set up your feed, you can view within the app. To view your feeds, click on any of the "View Feeds" options on the button of the Navigation Bar in your Dashboard.

This will take you to a page where you can see what feeds you have set up, see what data the feed has collected, and delete the feeds you no longer want.
