Codify's proprietary algorithm constantly checks all sources for new information. Updates are posted once a day, 365 days a year.

Updates are posted at approximately 9:00 PM (PST) every night. This helps ensure we are able to capture all the information, across all jurisdictions, in a given day before publishing.
Email alerts are sent out around the same time.
Updates are posted as soon as they are available from the government sources we use. Depending on the jurisdiction, it may take several days for the government sites to make bills / regulation available.
Codify regularly undergoes reviews of our system to ensure we're getting out information from the fastest, most reliable source available.
